MTM Training Programs

Certification Trainings for Explorance’s Blue and MTM are one example of how you can connect and learn to expand your knowledge and expertise in them. Designed and delivered by Explorance’s MTM training experts and Blue training experts, these trainings will give you an opportunity to learn and optimize the value from the use of MTM or Blue in your organizations.

Explorance Academy Training Program Overview

Explorance Academy offers product trainings at various levels – foundational level, master level, and expert level. When you finish a training, digital badge (certified or completed) will be issued so that you can share it via your resume or LinkedIn. The following provides a snapshot of trainings available via Explorance Academy for you.

	Foundational-Level Blue Evaluations Certification Training Available via Explorance Academy Subscription	Upon successful completion of the training, the participant will receive the Blue Admin for Evaluations certificate as a Certified Blue Administrator for Evaluations.
	Foundational-Level Blue 360 Certification Training Available via Explorance Academy Subscription	Upon successful completion of the training, the participant will receive the Blue Admin for 360 certificate as a Certified Blue Administrator for 360.
	Foundational-Level Blue Surveys Certification Training Available via Explorance Academy Subscription	Upon successful completion of the training, the participant will receive the Blue Admin for Surveys certificate as a Certified Blue Administrator for Surveys.
	Blue Administration Advanced Modules for Certified Blue Administrators Available via Explorance Academy Subscription	Upon successful completion of the training, the participant can further expand the foundational level Blue Admin training by taking advanced Blue Admin Modules.

Master Level	The MTM Report Master Certification (MRMC) Training is designed elevate your knowledge and skillset on MTM’s report building blocks and functionalities, to better analyze collected data and visualize	Upon successful completion of the training, the participant will receive the MTM Report Master Certificate as a certified MTM Report Master.
	The Blue Expert Certification (BEC) Training is designed to further develop your expertise and skills in using advanced Blue features so that you can implement any feedback process at varying degrees of complexity	Upon successful completion of the training, the participant will receive the Blue Expert Certificate as a certified Blue Expert.
