The Cisco Learning Network provides programs to external customers who want to learn how to implement and use Cisco products. Revenue is also generated by these programs, so continuous improvement efforts would improve learning and also potentially generate more revenue. Several challenges kept the Learning Network for optimizing its continuous improvement processes including: competing priorities, minimal data literacy, and lack of governance and processes.
Come listen to Christy and Owen talk about how they overcame these obstacles. They will share details related to the following solutions: give incentives for instructors and learning providers, provide reporting resources, and make data literacy part of everyone’s role. They will also share recommendations for sustaining continuous improvement efforts.
