Managing Learning Vendors using Learning Data

MTM learning evaluation data can answer questions like such as: How are my instructor performing? Is learning being applied? Learning evaluation data can also help us identify if our vendors are meeting performance expectations. Is a course we have purchased showing us a return on investment? Are these materials applicable to our learners? Which learning vendors are performing up to expectation? Although learning evaluation data can be used to strengthen learning vendor partnership, it can also be used in validating a decision to discontinue a vendor relationship.
Join us, as Kim Plue of Omnicom Media Group shares how they have leveraged both positive and negative learning evaluation data to manage their learning vendor relationships.

Exception Management within MTM

Metrics that Matters provides tools such as Ready Reports, Dashboards, and Data Explorer to monitor and manage your learning assets. These tools allow you to view your participants’ feedback to ensure those learning assets are performing up to expectations. What happens when a course or instructor is not meeting those performance expectations? What tools can be used to identify areas of opportunity? Once those areas of opportunity are identified-how can we use the same tools to determine what is driving those underperforming scores?.
Join us as we explore how different reporting tools can be used to help with our exception management.Click here to register |
