USPSC Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

The United States Government (USG), represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA), is seeking offers from qualified U.S. citizens to provide personal services as a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator under a United States Personal Services Contract (USPSC).

  • Provide administrative support that consists of quality, timely, and accurate deliverables including, but not limited to: conducting research on various HR related topics, collecting HR data and assisting with preparing reports, posting HR materials on SharePoint Portal, and compiling HR presentations and training materials.
  • Serve as point of contact (POC) in facilitating core HR administrative processes and maintaining HR Support System, including: serving as OFDA’s POC for Transit Benefit Application submissions; serving as an administrator and POC for the Explorance 360 degree feedback system; and ensuring that the Development in Case of Emergency (DICE) System staff list is current and routinely maintained.
  • Provide administrative support to the Annual Evaluation Process for multiple hiring mechanisms.

Sr. Learning Metrics Specialist

The role is responsible for creating learning measurement, evaluation, and reporting standards, templates, and tools that will shape the overall learning strategy and yield a consistent approach to measuring and evaluating learning programs and initiatives at Colgate-Palmolive. This role requires a skill set that combines research design, quantitative & qualitative methods, data analysis, relationship management, and storytelling with data.

  • Partners with the Learning technology and measurement leader, CLO to develop and benchmark key performance indicators for the learning function to position the learning enterprise as an investment that contributes to Colgate’s strategic initiatives and overall company growth.
  • Reviews, rewrites, and creates learning evaluation and assessment questions that are valid and create meaningful data to show acquisition of learning, including practice data and scorecards that learners can use when applying new behaviors and skills.
  • Utilize Metrics That Matter(Explorance) or/and similar dashboard technology(Tableau) to produce various reports and compile the Quarterly and Annual Training Dashboard Reports.
