Who Should Take Learning Measurement Champion Certification Training?

Individuals who are responsible for:

  • Creating and executing a measurement strategy for L&D to help achieve business goals
  • Liaising between the measurement group and L&D leaders to ensure the measurement team’s mission and strategy are aligned to an organization’s L&D goals
  • Managing the measurement team in an organization and establishing operations that ensure the team can execute the measurement strategy
  • Communicating the value of L&D using results from the measurement strategy
  • Educating L&D teams on how to use measurement reports and dashboards for decision making and continuous improvement of organizational capability (e.g., understanding the quality of training programs and determining what needs improvement)

Prerequisites

  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of measurement (e.g., scales, data collection, descriptive and inferential statistics)
  • Experience managing small work team(s) to serve the needs of L&D stakeholders
  • 2+ years of experience working in the learning industry
  • Responsible for managing a measurement team with a mission to evaluate training for L&D stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of the Metrics That Matter value proposition, how it is implemented within the organization, creating or reviewing the business case for using Metrics That Matter
  • Not required, but recommended:  MTM Report Analyst Certification achieved through Explorance Academy Subscription certification training OR previous attendance at a Managing Your Learning Function training  and Learning Analyst training (pre August 2020)

  • Developing the team and educating L&D

As part of the certification process, LMCC trainees will apply the topics covered via role play, discussion activities, and developing working measurement strategies.  Upon successful completion of the LMCC training boot camp, participants will be certified as Learning Measurement Champions and awarded the Learning Measurement Champion Certificate.

Fees and Terms

Registration Fees:

The LMCC Training Boot Camp registration fees are as follows:

  • Early Bird Price: $5,150 USD (Early bird cut-off dates vary based on session selection)
  • Regular Registration Price: $7,450 USD

This fee includes:

  • 3-day instructor-led, in-person training with role play and discussion certification activities
  • Learning Measurement Champion Certificate upon successful completion of the LMCC training boot camp
  • 3 1-hour online post-certification follow-up sessions with the trainer for 6 months upon the completion of the boot camp
  • If you are registered for a face-to-face camp, breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the training boot camp, as well as a social networking dinner with other training participants

Registration Terms:

  • There are only 16 places available for each training boot camp
  • Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Travel and lodging fees are not included in the registration cost
