As learning measurement professionals, we often hear, “I haven’t provided learning evaluation data to our stakeholder because he/she hasn’t asked for it”. Our response: “Tell them anyway!”.  There are a myriad of reasons why business leaders don’t ask for your data. They often don’t know what you have or how valuable it will be.  But we assume they aren’t asking because they aren’t interested in it.  Attend this one hour webinar and learn how to surface faulty assumptions and flip the script on the “No One is Asking” downward spiral.

Response Rates: When Should they Cause Concern and How Can You Improve Them?

calendarTuesday, October 8th 2019, 04:00 PM - 05:00 PM Eastern Timezone110 days remaining

The ideal response rate is 100%, but rarely do all learners share their feedback after a course. Sometimes rates are high at 85% or 90%. Other times they are low…very low at 5% or 10%. This webinar will help you determine when low is too low. We will also share what to do when rates are low and what best practices you can apply to increase future responses. For those who attend, we look forward to receiving your feedback after the event (and a good response rate)!
