pin-markerFirst-ever virtual experiencecalendarMarch 11-13, 2020

As previously communicated, in light of the growing concerns around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and caution for the health and safety of our customers, partners and employees, Explorance has decided to cancel the MTMImpact Symposium 2020. Thank you for your understanding, support and continued partnership.

As we step back and consider all the hardship and bravery around us in this critical time, Explorance shares your collective dedication and commitment to the advancement of the employee journey experience. That’s why we are delighted to invite you to the MTMImpact Virtual Experience 2020 – the replacement of the in-person MTMImpact Symposium 2020, from March 11-13. This first-ever online experience will feature a program focusing on innovative L&D measurement and Employee Journey Analytics (EJA). Participants in this virtual experience event will learn from keynote speakers and experience-rich presentations that were part of the original MTMImpact Symposium 2020 program. So join the MTMImpact Virtual Experience, and let’s meet virtually, learn and move forward together – just from the safety of our computer screens.

Local Charities

We’d like to thank those who registered for the MTMImpact Symposium 2020; you helped local charities in New Orleans. Explorance made the commitment to donate $18,000 to local charities. At the time of registration, attendees voted for their preferred charity. Three local charities have been identified to receive a portion of the $18,000 commitment.  The $18,000 donation are allocated as follows:

  • #1 most selected charity: $10,000
  • #2 most selected charity: $5,000
  • #3 most selected charity: $3,000

Explorance made the donations to the following charities:

  • #1 most selected charity: Take Paws Rescue protects and saves the lives of pets in need of rescue in Louisiana. Take Paws Rescue enacts this mission by pulling pets from shelters and preparing them for transport to fosters, adopters, rescue organizations, and other shelters around the U.S. in need of adoptable pets.
  • #2 most selected charity: Covenant House New Orleans is an organization that is providing education, employment, and life skills (and other essential services) to young people in crisis, who may not have access to quality education due to their life circumstances.
  • #3 most selected charity: SLCC Second Chance Corrections Education provides inmates in its parish correctional facility with an opportunity to earn an education and graduate with a degree in the final phase of their sentences through its local community college, as part of re-entry partnership, in a concerted effort to break the cycle of poverty, transform its community, and reduce the number of inmates who return to incarceration.

Clients and participants such as you are the reason we were able to pull it off in such a short time frame upon announcing the cancellation of the in-person symposium on March 4. For us in Explorance, hearing our customers’ stories and learning how best we can improve is the best part of what excites and motivates us. So, thank you all again for giving us that opportunity through this Virtual Experience. We look forward to seeing you at the Symposium next year!
