The MTMImpact Symposium is evolving to meet changing workforce talent needs.  At its core, it remains the industry’s premiere event for HR L&D leaders and professionals, and learning providers – particularly those professionals who are using Explorance’s MTM and Blue suite of products and solutions. The 2020 symposium theme is Big Insights in the Big Easy. Based on feedback from attendees of the MTMImpact Symposium 2019, the 2020 symposium expands its topic coverage to include a selection of broader talent capability and innovation all of which have a measurement component that can drive insights and value. The goal is to provide a conference for talent leaders who are interested in supporting the development of talent capability and innovation in various industries. MTMImpact Community members and Explorance team members (Explorers) will share ways to measure, report and act on data collected from a variety of HR and L&D processes to continuously listen to employees and inform leaders to optimize the employee journey and improve an organization’s talent capability and innovation. Local Charities

Your conference registration helps local charities. Explorance is committing a $18,000 donation to local charities, and conference attendees will determine the allocation of this donation. Three local charities have been identified to receive a portion of the $18,000 commitment. At the time of registration, attendees will vote for their preferred charity. The $18,000 donation will be allocated as follows:

  • Covenant House New Orleans is an organization that is providing education, employment, and life skills (and other essential services) to young people in crisis, who may not have access to quality education due to their life circumstances.
  • SLCC Second Chance Corrections Education provides inmates in its parish correctional facility with an opportunity to earn an education and graduate with a degree in the final phase of their sentences through its local community college, as part of re-entry partnership, in a concerted effort to break the cycle of poverty, transform its community, and reduce the number of inmates who return to incarceration.
  • Take Paws Rescue protects and saves the lives of pets in need of rescue in Louisiana. Take Paws Rescue enacts this mission by pulling pets from shelters and preparing them for transport to fosters, adopters, rescue organizations, and other shelters around the U.S. in need of adoptable pets.

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is about 13 miles from the French Quarter where the J.W. Marriott is located.

Driving: Take Interstate 10 East toward Slidell to exit 234B for Poydras Street/Superdome. Follow Poydras Street eight blocks to Camp Street and turn left.Travel three blocks to Common Street and turn left again.
