Learning Objectives & Key Benefits

Many organizations today practice “random acts of data collection” resulting from

  • No or minimal stewardship for measurement
  • No systematic or continuous alignment to business priorities
  • No standards
  • Minimal accountability for results

We are offering this clinic to enable you to assess your current capability with learning measurement, avoid random acts of data collection, and launch your journey towards building a Learning Measurement culture. The clinic will stretch you to think both strategically and tactically towards building a more effective and efficient mindset and culture towards Learning Measurement Capability.

Don’t miss out on best practices, client examples, pitfalls and traps to avoid, tools and templates that you can leverage to ensure that you are successful in your role as a change agent for building a culture of learning measurement.

By participating in the clinic, you will be able to:

  • Define and explain each component of the Measurement Capability model
  • Assess strengths and gaps of your organization’s Learning Measurement Capabilities as related to the Measurement Capability model
  • Determine how your organization balances demand versus supply of measurement data and capabilities
  • Create a plan for how to build a business case for developing learning measurement capability
