UnitedHealth Group has partnered with MTM for over 10 years. In the past year, MTM has released numerous new features that resulted in our team creating a roadmap to implement these new features and update our internal processes. The MTM roadmap included updating our standard survey questions, completing an account restructure and implementing the dashboard functionality in MTM. During this session, we will share our strategy with lessons learned along the way.
